START RUNNING!!!

Hopefully you are winding up a great summer and beginning or continuing to RUN!!!
This year cross country season will be very short due to starting school so much later. When we start practicing we will only have six weeks until the district meet.
I know of several guys and girls that have been going through workouts with the high school so to all of you guys GREAT JOB!
To everyone else, if you have not started running yet get busy! Make sure you are getting plenty of fluids to stay hydrated in the extreme heat and make sure you are eating right also.
I am looking forward to another successful year as we work hard to attain our goal of DISTRICT CHAMPS!
